We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Job Description: JSL is seeking a candidate for a challenging technical electronics assignment. This position needs a motivated missile test cell technician with Standard Missile (SM) and Evolved Sea Sparrow Missile (ESSM) experience supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme (NSWC PHD) at Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, CA. Primary responsibility is MK-698 test set diagnostics and testing. Formal MK-698 Test Set training provided after a short period of on-the-job training. Provides engineering technical assistance for MK-698 Test Set operations. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: • Must be legally authorized to in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance level Secret • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Follows established SOPs and work instructions and strives towards continuous improvement • High School Diploma or equivalent • Electronic circuit and assembly troubleshooting experience • 3 or more years related experience Preferred Qualifications: • Missile Test Set experience • MK-698 Test Set Experience • Ordnance systems experience Security Clearance: Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance.
