Position summary: We are seeking a dynamic Mission Assurance Engineer to join our team in York, PA. This pivotal onsite role integrates mission assurance practices throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance of our groundbreaking products from bid to final deliverables. Requirements US citizenship or permanent residency B.S. in Engineering, Engineering Technology or related science field with 5+ years of problem-solving experience in mission assurance, program management, or systems engineering roles for military and/or aerospace products and applications. Prior experience in using modern design and analyses software such as SolidWorks (CAD) and GD&T Extensive knowledge of industry standards and familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, AS9100), configuration/data management, and root cause analysis tools. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Experience interpreting Aerospace and Defense customer contracts, Statements of Work, Test, and Performance Specifications Design and Process FMEA experience desired Proficiency working with AS9102 FAI’s
