Description Position Summary Lead the high-level training for the Mission Commander Course (MCC), preparing leaders to oversee complex offensive cyberspace operations. This role focuses on the synchronization of intelligence, planning, and execution within the Cyber Mission Force (CMF). Requirements Mandatory Qualifications Leadership & Command Experience: * Minimum 2 years of service in OCO as part of USCYBERCOM or service component commands. Must have served as a Mission Commander, Operations Officer, Team Lead, or Cyber Operational Planner for a CMT or NMT. Operational Background: Served within the CMF at the CMT, NMT, or component headquarters (JFHQ-C/CNMF-HQ). Course Qualification (One of the following): Graduate of the Mission Commander Course (MCC). Direct Mission Commander experience. Direct SIGINT experience with an emphasis on Computer Network Operations (CNO) or digital network intelligence. Planning Mastery: Expert knowledge of the Joint Targeting Cycle (JTC), Joint Planning Process (JPP), JIPOE, and Title 10/50 authorities. Teaching: 2+ years of experience instructing full-length training materials.
