Job Title: Mission Control Associate
Location: Foster City, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $31.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Contract
Schedule: 40 hours per week; multiple shifts available (see below)
Start Date: ASAP

• Support daily commercial service operations from the service operations command center
• Complete pre-mission startup checklists to ensure operational readiness
• Monitor service areas and set restrictions when necessary (e.g., civic events, emergencies)
• Act as the first point of contact for basic vehicle troubleshooting
• Create and escalate service disruption events through ticketing systems
• Dispatch response crews and coordinate vehicle recovery when required
• Work cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and provide updates
• Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiative
