Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking Mission Ready Reserve (MRR) Military & Family Life Counselors (MFLC) to deliver on-demand behavioral health services to military service members and their families across North Dakota.
This part-time, flexible role is ideal for independently licensed behavioral health professionals looking to support military communities when coverage is needed — whether due to leave, surge needs, or special events.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology)
• Active, unrestricted license in any U.S. state:

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience supporting military or government programs
• Former military service or direct work with service members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Deliver in-person, short-term, solution-focused counseling to military adults and families
• Address common challenges including deployment stress, relocation, parenting, marital issues, and grief
• Support service members through reintegration, relationship transitions, and resilience-building
• Conduct wellness briefings and behavioral health trainings in partnership with installation leadership
• Collaborate with military Points of Contact (POCs) to align services with local priorities and contract requirements
• Maintain clear, compliant documentation per DoD and program standards
