Description Job Description: This position provides work alongside leadership and support to a team whose responsibilities include advocacy, and support to individuals with disabilities and disadvantaging conditions so they may achieve their highest level of employment. Direct client support and supervision of a drop-in service office to be included in the scope of work. What will you do in this job? Develop relationships with employers and businesses through regular contact, which includes cold calls to meet established weekly/monthly quotas for employer contacts. Provide support services directly to clients seeking work or participation in a program providing foundational supports leading to sustainable employment. Support and supervise the keeping of up-to-date client and community partner information Understand and abide by funding source contractual regulations, requirements, policies, and procedures. Actively engage in the development of a commendable workgroup utilizing agency human resource development protocols. Direct the work of your team in a kind, clear and predictable manner while serving as the manager on duty at the site. Evaluate the work of staff to ensure that programs are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively. Assist in preparation and maintenance of records and reports such as budgets, personnel records and training manuals. Monitor and complete timekeeping tasks in an accurate and timely manner following agency protocols to include but not limited to timecard annotation, leave request completion, schedule posting etc. Keep current on job trends, industry labor market reports, position openings, and job fairs; communicate those opportunities to clients as well as the rest of the Mission Services team. Compensation and Benefits Starting Rate: $25.00, with eligibility for annual performance-based increases. Maximum pay is $28.12, achievable through sustained good performance and years of service.
