Mission Support Specialist Application Deadline: 6 April 2026 Department: Federal Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Tucson, AZ Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 / year Description TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to support a Federal government client in a fast-paced, highly structured environment. This role provides comprehensive project management support for facilities construction, alteration, sustainment, and infrastructure initiatives. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project execution from initiation through closeout, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, budget controls, and schedule requirements while supporting mission-critical real property operations. Responsibilities: Serve as facilitator for meetings and working sessions, including agenda preparation, tracking action items, documenting meeting minutes, and distributing meeting summaries Support Sector Mission Support activities, including coordination with Facility and Infrastructure Managers, Facility Operations Managers, Project Managers, and Contracting Officer Representatives Provide comprehensive administrative support to management, including travel coordination, document preparation, correspondence routing, and task tracking Track and report data within government systems of record, including TRIRIGA (or replacement systems) Maintain purchase logs, track funding actions, and coordinate with financial management personnel on balances and payments Assist with research on equipment and vendors, inventory tracking, and documentation management Prepare monthly Maintenance & Repair (M&R) Coordination reports outlining project status, costs, scope, modifications, and percent complete Maintain and update contract files, quality assurance/quality control documentation, and electronic and physical records Load completed documents into appropriate government systems and ensure records accuracy and completeness Generate standard and ad-hoc reports for management review Provide cross-training to new contractor personnel as requested Support coordination of meetings, logistics, and communication among internal and external stakeholders Ensure all documentation and data entries meet quality control standards and reporting timelines Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Meeting facilitation and documentation Maintenance & Repair (M&R) coordination and reporting Administrative and executive support Data tracking and reporting Real property and facilities documentation support Financial tracking and purchase log management Quality assurance/quality control documentation Government systems data entry and management Communication and stakeholder coordination Document management and records control Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of relevant administrative or mission support experience Experience supporting facilities, maintenance, or program operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Background Investigation/Public Trust clearance Benefits: TeleSolv Consulting offers a competitive compensation package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match; paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays); short- and long-term disability coverage; life insurance; and opportunities for professional development and training.
