Platinum Technologies is seeking a Mission Trainer Team Lead to join our company. This role requires an active Top Secret/SCI. What you get to do. Qualified as a Senior Analytic Facilitator in Technical Exhibit 2. 5 years drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards. Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences Lead mission training activities supporting INSCOM analytic and operational personnel, ensuring training aligns with mission requirements and operational priorities. Develop and maintain training curricula, lesson plans, and instructional materials in accordance with TRADOC standards and Army training doctrine. Deliver instructor-led training, workshops, and mission rehearsals for military and government personnel across intelligence disciplines. Assess training effectiveness, collect participant feedback, and refine training programs to improve operational readiness and mission performance. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior instructors and analysts supporting mission training activities. Requirements. Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance Bachelor’s degree in Education, Intelligence Studies, Military Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum five (5+) years of experience developing and delivering training for military or intelligence personnel. Experience developing curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials in accordance with TRADOC and Army training standards. Demonstrated experience conducting instructor-led training, workshops, or operational exercises.
