Bao Mama in Mississauga, ON is looking for Part-Time/Full Time Hotline in Mississauga Square One to join our 28 person strong team. We are located at the Food District, Square One shopping Centre 100 City Centre Dr, Mississauga, ON L5B 2C9. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.
The role works directly with and supports the General Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Lead and Shift Supervisor. The crew member will prepare meals and follow company recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures.
Furthermore, they are expected to cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast- paced environment. To be successful in this role, they must be willing to learn, and interest to grow within the company is strongly supported and encouraged.

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow kitchen manager’s instructions
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customer
