Du trägst so maßgeblich zur Zufriedenheit und Qualität der Freenow Flotte in Berlin bei und deine Arbeit leistet einen direkten Beitrag zum Erfolg und Wachstum von Freenow. DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH: Kundenbetreuung für unsere angeschlossenen Fahrer und Unternehmer während unserer Öffnungszeiten und als 2nd Level Support über Zendes Qualitätssicherung und Monitoring von Fahrverhalten und Flottenperformance Vertrieb von Freenow Außenwerbung Support bei der Implementierung von neuen Prozessen, sowie im Projekt-Management (Expansion in neue Städte, Launch neuer Mobility-Innovationen) Account Management und Networking in der lokalen Mobilitäts-Branche Wettbewerbsbeobachtung in der lokalen Mobilitäts-Branche Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Abteilungen (Pricing, Marketplace Performance, Product and Customer Care) DAS BRINGS DU MIT: Hohe Motivation unsere Fahrer mit einer positiven Einstellung zu unterstützen Du hast ein Auge für Details und legst bei allem, was du tust, Wert auf Qualität Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle (Operations, Customer Service oder Key Account Management) Gute Google-Suite / MS Office Kenntnisse Sehr gute Deutsch- (mind.
