Supply Chain/Purchasing Employee (m/f/d)

at the Übersee am Chiemsee location

Your main tasks include, among other things:

• Independent operational and project-related supplier management
• Purchasing and procurement planning and controlling, inventory controlling and management
• Planning of external manufacturing including all required raw materials
• Coordination of suppliers and ensuring delivery reliability and quality (regular communication with suppliers)
• Master data maintenance in the merchandise management system
• Monitoring the flow of goods, information and money (orders, invoices and, if applicable, credit notes)
• Cost optimization projects
• Support in conducting audits

They have:

• Solid professional/consulting experience in the field of SCM and/or logistics
• Industry experience in the aerospace or automotive sectors, mechanical and plant engineering or consumer goods industry/trade is desirable.
• Project experience and in-depth knowledge in the field of process optimization
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Customer-oriented and independent work within our project teams
• Willingness to travel
• Very good German and good English language skills
• good organizational skills, presentation and moderation skills
• Extensive experience in the design of business processes and their mapping in ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• confident negotiation skills
