Summary of Job Functions: Mitch’s Assistant Manager (ASM) will endeavor to make every guest’s visit an enjoyable experience. The ASM performs the same related duties as the manager, direct and supervise the assigned location for maximum operational efficiency. The ASM will supervise all functional operations, communicate all policies and news to team members and communicate all necessary information to the assigned General Manager. Experience/Skills preferred: Must have an active and operational personal telephone and be able to return calls in a timely manner Working knowledge of business computer applications Supervisory experience Interpersonal and leadership skills Self–motivated; ability to work without supervision At least 1 year of management experience Qualifications Required: Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Must be prepared to work alone Must be able to multi-task Ability to stand for extended periods of time and be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
