REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have previous experience working at an Indian mithai counter
• Strong knowledge of Indian sweets and snacks
• Good communication skills in English; Punjabi or other Indian language a plus
• Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

MITHAI COUNTER DUTIES:

• Assist customers with selecting mithai and prepare customized sweet boxes
• Provide detailed information about different sweets (ingredients, shelf life, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sweets display
• Ensure proper rotation of sweets for freshness

CASHIER DUTIES:

• Process dine-in and takeout orders efficiently
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments with accuracy
• Pack orders neatly and label them as needed
• Balance the register at the end of shift
• Answer phone calls and take orders when required
