POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Manager to oversee all aspects of our mitigation department. This role is responsible for managing field crews, coordinating project schedules, ensuring quality standards, and driving department performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge in restoration/mitigation, and the ability to maintain client satisfaction from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction project management.
· IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) strongly preferred.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in restoration software (Encircle, JobTread, Xactimate, etc.).
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

· Lead, train, and supervise mitigation crews and technicians.
· Coordinate daily operations, job scheduling, and equipment allocation.
· Ensure projects meet company standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
· Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
· Monitor budgets, timelines, and job profitability.
· Maintain accurate job documentation and compliance with company policies.
· Conduct inspections and approve work quality before project closeout.
· Proactively network and build relationships with property managers, insurance adjusters, contractors, and other referral sources.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the mitigation division.
· Support emergency response efforts, including after-hours and weekend calls when needed.
