Our team is focused on quality work, safety, and reliable service. Position Summary We are adding Restoration Technicians to our field team. This role involves hands-on work supporting cleanup, material removal, and equipment setup on active job sites. Training is provided for candidates who are dependable and willing to learn. Key Responsibilities Assist with water extraction and drying processes Set up and monitor equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers Remove damaged materials including drywall and flooring Support mold and fire-related cleanup work Maintain clean and safe job sites Document job progress through photos and basic notes Requirements Reliable and able to work full-time hours Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a team environment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Valid driver’s license preferred
