What You’ll Do: As a Mitigation Technician, you’ll respond to emergency calls and perform: Water, fire, and smoke restoration Mold remediation & general cleaning Demolition & equipment setup Job documentation & customer interaction You’ll work closely with Lead Technicians, ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently What We’re Looking For: Hardworking & Reliable – You show up ready to work Detail-Oriented & Safety-Focused – You follow industry standards (IICRC) and company policies Physically Fit – Able to lift 50-75 lbs, climb ladders, and perform labor-intensive tasks Flexible & Ready for Action – Available for emergency calls, evenings, or weekends when needed Compliance Ready – Valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check, drug test, and respirator fit test Must be English proficient – Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English Experience & Certifications – High school diploma or GED, Experience in restoration, construction, or cleaning, and IICRC Certification (Water or Fire Restoration) – A plus!
