Ensure line efficiencies as per agreed target. Adhere to GMP standards. Adhere to safety regulations. Running machine on set speed as per specifications. Operation of Binder, Fawema and FFS machines including machine set-up Fault finding and adjustments to ensure product within spec Maintain 5S while operating machinery Execute change over as per schedule Responsible for organizing workflow and takes responsibility for safety, quality, delivery and performance on the line Ensure line efficiencies as per agreed target Adhere to GMP standards Adhere to safety regulations Running machine on set speed as per specifications Adhere to all related procedures Reporting any deviations on the machine to maintenance and assist maintenance during breakdowns Perform ad hoc tasks Qualifications 6 months experience in operating Binder and FFS packing machines Matric, Technical Qualification will be advantageous Comply and adhere to quality systems (GMP, HACCP, FSSC) Monitor and ensure that all required documentation is completed as per standard Continually seeking to identify opportunities for cost saving and more effective ways of carrying out production activities Analyze performance and seek ways to continually improve “PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
