We are an industrial brownie bakery located in Norcross, GA, seeking a skilled Mixer/Baker with experience in high-volume production. This role is essential to maintaining consistent quality in our products as we scale and grow.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in an industrial or commercial bakery is required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Spanish is required
• Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player

• Operate large-scale mixers and baking equipment
• Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to production recipes
• Follow daily production schedules and batch sheets
• Monitor mixing times and ingredient ratios for quality control
• Ensure proper operation of equipment and report maintenance issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment (GMP & food safety standards)
• Assist in loading/unloading ovens, racks, and trays
