Job Details Job Location: 151 Foods LLC - Bellmawr, NJ 08031 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $18.25 - $18.25 Hourly Job Shift: All Job Summary: Follows formulas and procedures as set by 151 Foods Mix dough’s strictly adhering to food safety rules and policy’s Protects ingredients and dough from cross contamination Ensures no one places anything into the mixer other than the person responsible for that mix. Use FIFO (First In First Out) for lot numbers when using ingredients Cleans and sanitize mixers after use, as instructed by the company Reports issues including product safety and dough quality Report ingredient storage cross contamination to Line Lead or Production Supervisor Responsible to properly rotate ingredients Responsible for filling out paperwork correctly Know where emergency STOP, and START/STOP buttons are located Responsible for notifying Supervisor and/or Line Lead of any problems or concerns. Follow all company’s GMP procedures Perform all special requests by the Supervisor or Line Leader Support without hesitation General Plant Safety, Food Safety, Food Defense Initiatives and Good Manufacturing Practices with an understanding that these are absolutes and are Priority #1. Physical Demands: Work requires some physical strain such as long periods of standing, bending, climbing, and lifting overhead. Must be able to lift approximately 50 pounds over head. Work Environment: Working around power equipment, slippery floors and dusty areas. Very hot conditions during summer seasons. Protective clothing such as uniform and slip resistant shoes are required. Qualifications * High School diploma or equivalency * Minimum of 1 year experience mixing in a manufacturing environment. *Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

The Mixer Operator is responsible for following formulas and procedures to mix dough while adhering to food safety rules. They must ensure proper ingredient handling and report any issues related to product safety and dough quality.
