Description

Work safely and efficiently to meet production goals while producing a quality product. Follow the guidelines set up for the equipment to ensure that PVC Paste is manufactured according to standard. This position is responsible for the startup and shut down of the equipment, making adjustments to the running conditions, continual inspection of the material and general housekeeping of the work area. Other tasks include: • Compound or process ingredients or according to formulas. • Read work orders to determine production specifications or information. • Observe production or monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. • Mix or blend ingredients by starting machines and mixing for specified times. • Dump or pour specified amounts of materials into machinery or equipment. • Collect samples of materials or products for laboratory testing. • Ability to trouble shoot machinery issues while machine is running • Ability to make adjustment to run conditions as the quality of the belt dictates • Ability to communicate with team members and management • Problem solving skills • Ability to read measuring equipment and do standard math • Ability to oversee operations and carry out task given by management • Responsible for keeping a safe and clean work environment • Be able to make decisions • Team Player

Responsibilities
