Description We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Mixer Truck Driver to join our team at our Aiken, SC plant. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, team-oriented environment while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. What you will do: Safely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies. Deliver concrete to job sites efficiently and accurately. Inspect loads to ensure proper mix consistency and quality (slump, texture, color, etc.). Verify delivery instructions and job site locations before departing the plant. Maintain communication with plant personnel and dispatch for delivery coordination. Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service at all times. Complete required paperwork including delivery tickets, logs, and inspection reports. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment. Maintain truck cleanliness and perform minor maintenance as needed. Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety standards. Support plant operations and assist team members when needed.
