Description Join our team as an On-Site Precast Concrete Mixer Driver and play a vital role in supporting our precast production operations. The On-Site Precast Concrete Mixer Driver is responsible for operating a mixer truck within company property to deliver concrete to production areas. This role also includes maintaining equipment, ensuring concrete quality, and following all safety and environmental protocols. You’ll be an essential part of the plant team, contributing to efficient and high-quality precast operations. What You'll Do: Perform all job duties in accordance with company safety and environmental policies and procedures without exception. Adhere to all company policies and procedures while promoting and adhering to company values. Load raw materials, mix and transport concrete within the facility for precast molding. Maneuver the truck into loading/unloading positions and operate drums and chutes, often for internal casting operations. Maintain the appropriate slump (water content) and quality of concrete per specifications. Perform daily inspections (fluid levels, tires) and clean the truck and drum to prevent concrete accumulation. Report any truck and/or route issues or incidents to dispatch and management. Inspect truck before and after trip. Communicate with dispatch and other drivers using proper etiquette. Perform other duties on site as assigned. Requirements Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Non-CDL Class C or Class D with a clean driving record Ability to physically obtain and maintain a Medical D.O.T card Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Basic math proficiency, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide two-digit numbers accurately. Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Ability to safely push / pull maximum of 75 lbs. Ability to sit for long periods, stand, walk, type, carry, kneel, ascend and descent stairs, and bend. Ability to work primarily indoors with occasional work outdoors in multiple types of weather/environmental conditions.
Responsibilities
