Reports to: Operations Manager Responsibilities: * Create batches of juices, teas, or other beverages as required, ensuring product quality and integrity. * Accurately weigh and mix all ingredients as per formula requirements to consistently create product to specifications. * Dispose of ingredient containers in a clean and orderly manner to avoid product contamination. * Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with equipment, devices, or products. * Maintain batch logs, and documentation including those outlining procedures, batch records, inventory, productivity, changeover, and progress. * Measure weight & load ingredients following the appropriate formula. * Perform simple calculations (i.e. ingredient quantities, batching cycles required). * Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure integrity of products. * Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc. * Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP. Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent experience * Availability to work a different schedule. * Aptitude for numbers and have basic computer skills. * Ability to perform physically demanding work (lift up to 50 lbs) * Ability to work in an environment with variable temperatures. * Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time. * Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have demonstrated problem solving skills * Good Mechanical and Technical Aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment. * Previous related process/batching experience is an asset. * Forklift Experience
