Design and develop signature cocktails, seasonal menus, and bespoke beverage programs. Incorporate local ingredients and Cambodian inspirations into cocktail creations. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Monitor beverage trends and introduce innovative concepts to enhance competitiveness. Deliver exceptional, personalized guest interactions at the bar. Share stories behind ingredients, techniques, and inspirations. Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve concerns. Build relationships with repeat and VIP guests. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and bar organization. Ensure compliance with HACCP and safety standards. Monitor beverage stock levels, cost control, and wastage. Assist in inventory management and monthly stock take. Support the achievement of departmental KPIs and revenue targets. Train and mentor bartenders and bar team members. Conduct cocktail workshops and tasting sessions for internal teams. Contribute to skill development within the F&B department. Promote teamwork and a positive working culture. Assist in pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Monitor beverage cost percentages and suggest improvements. Collaborate on promotions, events, and special activations. Qualifications Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Mixology, or related field preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel or high-end bar environment. Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
