Job Description The Mixologist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional and memorable beverage experience to our guests. As a skilled and creative professional, the Mixologist is responsible for crafting innovative, high-quality cocktails that reflect the hotel’s commitment to excellence. This position contributes directly to positioning the bar as a destination for distinctive and elevated drinking experiences. Qualifications To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality or any related field. In addition, they must have at least five years of experience in high-end mixology, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale establishment. They should have demonstrated expertise in creating and presenting artisanal cocktails and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest service standards. Candidates must also possess a deep understanding of current beverage trends, a proven track record in crafting innovative cocktail menus, and excellent leadership skills. Additional Information Mixology Knowledge and Skills: A strong foundation in mixology is essential. The Mixologist should possess in-depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishing, along with a refined understanding of flavor balance and drink presentation. Experience in High-End Establishments: Previous experience in upscale bars, luxury hotels, or reputable cocktail establishments is highly desirable. A proven track record of delivering exceptional mixology services in a premium environment demonstrates the ability to meet the expectations of discerning guests.
