KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be currently based in Dubai
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within Dubai
• Strong knowledge and experience in creating mocktails, smoothies, fresh juices, and other trending non-alcoholic beverages
• Proven ability to develop a beverage menu from scratch, including recipe creation, presentation, and innovation
• Sound knowledge of costing, inventory control, and ordering procedures
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate the bar team
• Well-organized, clean, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining high operational standards
• Good understanding and implementation of food safety and hygiene practices in accordance with UAE regulations
• Must be creative, proactive, and passionate about delivering quality service and products
