The Cairndale Hotel and Spa has been a beloved fixture in Dumfries for years, now freshly revitalised and reimagined as Scotland’s newest luxury spa destination. With our recent multi-million pound investment, we are raising the bar (quite literally) and are seeking passionate, talented mixologists/bar tenders to craft memorable experiences for our guests. .

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender
• A passion for cocktails and serving and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, especially in presentation and cleanliness

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Mixologist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills, working with a team to create signature drinks and provide guests with a memorable bar experience and setting a high standard of service in our new lounge bar.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

For Mixologists/bartenders:

• Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits with consistency and attention to detail
• Deliver outstanding guest service by creating a welcoming and lively bar atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Assist with stock control and order supplies as necessary
