QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Beverage preparation and presentation
  • Experience in training new staff
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or cocktail bar is beneficial
  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty cocktails in an upscale restaurant
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Prepare syrups, ice cubes, and garnishes

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending or mixology experience
  • Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Availability for Friday/Saturday nights and on-call weekends
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Mixologist at Savor Thai, located in Toronto, ON. The Mixologist will be responsible for creating innovative cocktail recipes, preparing and serving beverages, ensuring the bar area is well-stocked and clean, and providing exceptional customer service. The Mixologist will also collaborate with the culinary team to pair drinks with our tasting menus and share expertise by training new bar staff.
