We are looking for an inspired Mixologist/Bartender wanting to develop their skills in our Glade Bar at Sketch.
Earnings range from £16 to £16.75 per hour and can increase with responsibilities and expertise.
The Glade Bar is open Tuesday to Sunday Evening and provide a sophisticated cocktail service to our guests in an intimate and luxurious setting.

Martino Franchi, Glade Bar Director, has relaunched our Glade bar as a Mixology destination. Thanks to the laboratory, it allows the team to work with techniques and equipment such as Girovap, centrifuges, lacto-fermentation, to bring a creative side to cocktails and experiment.
The Bar Team provides a kind and knowledgeable service while participating in the elaboration of the cocktails.
It is paramount for applicants to be passionate about high end bar work and previous experience in similar bar, with knowledge of refined cocktail-making techniques and equipment is preferred, entry level role (Junior Bartender) is also available for those who feel further development is needed in either areas.
