We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, with a focus on mixology or bartending.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable.
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food service industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food items served alongside beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and utensils.
