MIXOLOGIST / COCKTAIL BARTENDER
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced cocktail staff to join our team at the newly launched state of the art Antonio’s bar & restaurant located at The Golden Lion Hotel
The ideal candidate should be experienced working in a busy bar/restaurant environment and have fantastic customer service skills. This position may lead to bar supervisor/ manager position.

Ensure that bars are stocked with glasses, garnishes, drink mixes and ice
Build positive relationships with guests to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Ensure guest drinks are prepared and served according to company policy/standards
Proactive in maximising sales and generating revenue
Process cash and card payments correctly
Complete required cleaning tasks of all restaurant/bar areas and equipment
Serve all drinks with great presentation and care
Assist waiting staff with food orders when required
Assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
Have strong knowledge of beverage lists and any promotions
Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Other duties as assigned
