Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Create innovative and signature cocktails aligned with the concept and theme of Issei. Provide personalized guest service, including recommending drinks and engaging with guests. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times. Ensure proper stock levels, monitor inventory, and communicate replenishment needs. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages served. Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly. Support cost control by minimizing wastage and following portion standards. Collaborate with the service and kitchen team to enhance the overall dining experience. Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and mixology techniques. Qualifications Mixology certification or relevant hospitality training. Experience in international hotel brands. Experience in food & beverage specifically in bar operations is essential. Hands-on approach with a can-do work style. Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry. Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned. Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence. Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms. Strong communication skills.
