In this role you will provide food and beverages to casino customers, visitors and guests, ensuring that high levels of customer service are met and that our guests have a smile on their face Who Are Merkur? Ensure day to day responsibilities are being completed, such as cleaning requirements and reporting. Adhere to all policies and procedures. To have an in-depth knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails, glass selection, wine pouring, etc. To have full knowledge of back of house operations i.e., barrel changes, cellar care, line cleaning. Knowledgeable about the promotions on offer and prepared to answer questions regarding them. To promote the company in a professional and positive manner with both internal and external contacts or at any other opportunity. To ensure that the company’s equal opportunities policy is adhered to at all times. To adhere to all company health and safety practices and procedures and action as appropriate should any issue arise. To attend and conduct meetings as and when required. Responsible for understanding and ensuring compliance with internal Responsible Gambling policies and UK Gambling Commission Licence Codes of Conduct and Practice (LCCP) To promote awareness of Responsible Gambling strategies and procedures. Ensuring Responsible Gambling is an integral part of the daily operation.
