QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
o Must have minimum of one year experience in an upscale/fine dining restaurant experience.
o Knowledge of food and beverage required.
o Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required .
o Above average communication skills - both written and oral - are required .
o Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language is required .
o Current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel/environment will receive priority consideration.
o Able to work a flexible schedule; days, weekends and holidays .

THE ROLE - OVERVIEW
This critical role is an integral part of the food & beverage department and is responsible for personalized and informative service in an upscale environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This list is not all –inclusive and should only be used as an overview of all actual responsibility.
o Assist Restaurant Servers with all aspects of service.
o Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, glassware and silverware in an unobtrusive manner.
o Move tables and chairs throughout the restaurant as needed.
o Answer questions regarding menu and other offering, including specials, in the immediate absence of a server.
o Clearly communicate with servers, other restaurant employees and supervisors/management regarding regular service, special requests, service issues, and any other important information.
o Other duties as assigned.
