• You explore and thoroughly understand new AI developments (LLMs, agents, RAG, evaluation and orchestration tooling) and translate them into concrete opportunities for our products and processes.

• You build it yourself: from prototype and proof of concept to production-ready AI features that truly help real estate agents and home seekers.

• You connect disciplines — engineering, product, data, and business — and ensure that AI initiatives do not remain isolated.

• You drive and facilitate acceleration: you take our engineers' AI workflow to the next level and help teams work more effectively with tools like Cursor and Claude.

• You contribute to thinking about the architecture and preconditions for running AI in production responsibly and scalably: quality, costs, privacy, monitoring, and evaluation.

• You remain critical: you distinguish hype from value and ensure that we deploy AI where it truly delivers results.
