Role Description The AI Engineer role at Global Travel Systems is a full-time, on-site /hybrid position based in Central London. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models and tools that support travel-related operations, such as optimizing workflows, enhancing customer experiences, and improving decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and training machine learning and neural network models, implementing natural language processing solutions for travel data and customer interactions, and integrating AI components into existing software systems. The role involves collaborating with software developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, refine algorithms, and ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable AI solutions. The AI Engineer will also monitor model performance, perform pattern recognition analysis on large datasets, and apply best practices in software development, testing, and documentation.
