• Operating deli equipment such as slicers
• Working at the till area
• Answering queries from customers
• Checking for damaged or missing items
• Storing goods
• Moving stock manually or using lifting equipment such as pump truck
• Replenishing stock
• Checking for price labels
• Cleaning work areas
• Operating a baler
• Keeping records of stock
• Keeping paperwork up to date
