ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to the following activities: Maintenance Program Develop and execute a 1-2-5-10 years maintenance strategy and budget for the terminal. Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Terminal Reliability and Asset Integrity Management Plan for the terminal. Lead the preparation and periodic update of the Terminal Risk Register, ensuring alignment with corporate risk frameworks and mitigation strategies. Develop and maintain Terminal-specific procedures, e.g. MLNG Maintenance Manual, MLNG Terminal Manual. Ensure periodic reviews to reflect OEM recommendations, operational learnings, and updated standards. Offshore Maintenance Lead the annual subsea inspection campaign (ROV/Diver-based), including cathodic protection surveys, subsea pipeline integrity verification, and structural inspection of PLEM, risers, and mooring chains. Monitor and analyze subsea asset performance, coordinate with offshore Inspection, Repair and Maintenance (IRM) vendors, and ensure prompt corrective actions for anomalies. Review subsea integrity reports, implement preventive measures, and maintain asset integrity databases for trend tracking and reliability forecasting. Onshore Maintenance Manage Fender maintenance and ensure all the berthing and mooring equipment is in optimal condition to support STS operations. Develop and administer the annual maintenance, inspection, and integrity budget, covering OPEX and CAPEX requirements. Track expenditures, assess contract performance, and implement cost optimization strategies without compromising reliability or safety. Evaluate vendor proposals and service agreements to ensure long-term asset value and reliability. Actively participate in HAZID, HAZOP, and risk review sessions for new projects, modifications, and maintenance campaigns. Coordinate with other departments (operations, engineering) on daily activities, projects, and new developments to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and safety within the Terminal team. Process safety or gas pipeline experience will be an advantage. Subsea asset integrity management experience, e.g. diving, ROV, cathodic protection (CP), ultrasonic thickness (UT) will be an advantage. Track record in skillful coordination and in managing different stakeholders. Experience in budgetary control. Proven ability in planning, execution and developing lessons learned. Proven ability and experience in running a team. Experience in RFP development, bid evaluation and tendering process. Experience in project management and MOC.
