JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and passionate MLOps Instructor to lead our 12-week MLOps Engineer Bootcamp. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience building and deploying ML systems, who are excited to share their knowledge and support the next generation of MLOps engineers.
You will guide students through real-world projects covering the entire MLOps lifecycle—from data wrangling and experiment tracking to pipeline orchestration, CI/CD, model serving, and LLMOps.
The instructor will also collaborate with WeCloudData faculty to refine and adapt course materials to align with current industry practices and learner needs. Candidates with prior teaching experience will be given preference.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Proficiency

• Strong working knowledge of Python, Linux, Docker, Git/GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, DVC, and orchestration frameworks (Airflow or Kubeflow).
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts in ML workflows; experience serving models using FastAPI or Flask.
• Basic experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and managing cloud-based ML pipelines.

LLMOps

• Understanding of LLM deployment, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and vector databases(e.g., FAISS, Chroma) is a strong asset.

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to beginners.
• Confident presenting live, with experience creating engaging and well-designed slides.
• Growth mindset with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

• Teach and mentor students in a structured 12-week live online MLOps Engineering Bootcamp.
• Review and adapt existing course content; contribute to content improvement and lab design.
• Share industry use cases and real-world practices related to MLOps, CI/CD, and LLMOps.
• Provide guidance and feedback on hands-on labs, assignments, and capstone projects.
• Support learners with diverse backgrounds and skill levels through adaptive teaching strategies.
• Collaborate with WeCloudData staff to uphold high-quality delivery and learner success.
