• Develop and implement AML/CFT policies and procedures tailored to Chinese users, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Ensure robust KYC/CDD processes for Chinese users, including enhanced due diligence for high-risk users.
• Oversee transaction monitoring systems to detect and investigate suspicious activities among Chinese users and file STRs with relevant authorities in a timely manner.
• Conduct institutional risk assessments specific to Chinese users by identifying and mitigating the associated ML/TF risks.
• Design and deliver AML/CFT training for employees handling Chinese users.
• Assist with special projects as needed, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
