The mm-wave radar antenna architect will be part of a multi-disciplinary team driving forward the next generation of radiation concepts for mm-wave automotive radars . The role entails building technology vision on mm-wave antenna technologies for radar, translating vision into concepts and prototypes and bridging advanced product development for the product lines.

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the exploration, architecting, specification and the implementation of innovative mm-Wave radar antenna array concepts and antenna-IC interfaces in advanced antenna and packaging manufacturing technologies.
  • Exploring, assessing, specifying and shaping requirements for advanced technologies for mm-wave antenna concepts suitable for mass production.
  • Link antenna physical, packaging, and signal processing domains.
  • Translate customer requirements into workable antenna specifications.
  • Work with architects across other domains as a team for full system optimization.
  • Work with designers to bring a new concept from idea to high technology readiness for further deployment for production.
  • Work with partners and stay abreast of global technological advances in the field of mm-wave radar antennas and systems for automotive.
  • Coach students in universities.
