ABOUT THE ROLE
The Corporate Information Officer is responsible for facilitating corporate information management processes in line with relevant legislation, and managing corporate information achieving, storage, destruction and control within the Mid North Coast Local Health District.
This role will develop relationships, liaise and collaborate with stakeholders (including Executive, Directorates, Facilities, State Records NSW and external providers) in relation to corporate information management to ensure organisational engagement. Effective and compliant management of the corporate information archiving and destruction program for Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD) to ensure quality control and compliance with relevant legislation.
You will coordinate the document control program with business units & facilities to ensure capture and retention of significant corporate documents along with managing all non-current corporate records, secondary storage stock control, quality improvement, and expenditure to ensure efficient and cost-effective management of resources.
A TALENT POOL MAY BE CREATED FOR FUTURE ROLES AND WILL REMAIN VALID FOR 18 MONTHS.
