Job Description
Our aesthetics medical practice clinic has a position available for qualified Medical Office Assistants . This is a part-time position - We are looking for someone who has a flexible schedule and can work some Saturdays.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • scheduling and coordinating appointments for patients * accurately billing and collecting payment for services * providing quality customer service * registering patients on arrival and guiding them to the exam rooms * answering telephone, office email, and messages from doctors * ensuring exam rooms are kept stocked, clean and neat * ordering supplies as necessary

To be chosen for this position you must have previously demonstrated the following attributes:

  • reliable * energetic and hard working * friendly, polite and professional manner towards both patients and colleagues * ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * detail oriented and very organized * quick learner.

Minimum Requirements:


    • Previously worked for minimum of 1 year in a clinic - proficient in English (both verbal and written), other language(s) would be an asset
