JOB OVERVIEW

Masstemps Ltd are working with a forward thinking, rapidly expanding facilities management company, based in the West Midlands.
We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer, to work across a variety of commercial contracts, mainly in the Midlands with some further travel expected.
You will be servicing contracts in the retail, education, healthcare and manufacturing sectors, delivering both planned and reactive A/C maintenance.

EXPERIENCE

  • F-Gas certification (essential).
  • Clean UK driving licence.
  • Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair is essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems and schematics.
  • Familiarity with various air conditioning equipment types and their specific maintenance requirements is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to work are essential for success in this role.

Salary: up to £38k per annum, DOE. 25 days annual leave + bank holidays & generous pension scheme. Company van and mobile phone provided.

  • 1 in 12 on call rota
  • £100 call out fee + double time (minimum 2 hours paid per job)

  • Perform equipment repairs as necessary, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory logs.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
