The Opportunity
ESM (Enterprise Service Manager) is a fully automated, engaging, service management experience that helps organizations save money through automation. OpenText Service Management is a single solution - based on analytics and machine learning, for Enterprise and IT Service Management, and IT Asset Management.

What the role offers

  • Work with product owner to define the requirement in details
  • Participate in all phases of product development life cycle, including both not limited to design, implement, test, deploy, release and maintenance
  • Contribute in both routine development and technical initiatives

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in developing mobile Apps (iOS/Android). Experience in both Android and iOS development is preferred
  • ForAndroiddeveloper, in-depth knowledge of Java technology. Experience of RxJava or Kotlin is preferred
  • ForiOSdeveloper, in-depth knowledge of Swift. Experience of Objective-C is preferred
  • Familiar with UI design specifications for Android / iOS platform, deep understanding of Android / iOS UI widgets, be able to customize UI component and layout as required
  • Familiar with the implementation of Json parsing and related network communication functions, understand HTTP, TCP protocols, familiar with multi-threaded and asynchronous communication
  • Experience of Web Based frontend technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is preferred
  • Good English skill in both oral and written is a must
