Install, maintain, and service vehicle security systems, including car alarms, trackers, immobilisers, and speed limiters, ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to security systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
Conduct thorough system tests and quality checks to ensure all installations meet company standards.
Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to provide technical expertise and support to clients.
Travel to customer locations, both within the UK and internationally, to perform on-site installations and maintenance when required.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible service to customers.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
