WHAT WE OFFER Full complement of health insurance benefits Paid Time Off in the first year of employment (12, 16, 20 days annually) Paid Holidays Paid Parental Leave 401(k) with company match Team Member Vehicle Pricing Service and Parts Discount Advancement Opportunities Competitive hourly rate based on experience RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform work specified on the customer RO with high efficiency and in accordance with #1 Cochran standards Test-drive vehicles, use of diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test vehicle components, diagnose issues Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Stay in communications with dealership service advisor/dispatcher/service manager and the customer, to provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs QUALIFICATIONS: Confident, customer-oriented attitude Three years of automotive service technician experience (preferably dealership setting) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional appearance expected Ability to work outdoors or in various types of weather Qualified candidates should apply via our career site. Responsibilities
Technicians are responsible for performing specified work on customer repair orders efficiently and according to company standards, which includes testing vehicles and diagnosing issues using specialized tools.
