Mobile Banking – T24 Software TesterLocation: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Industry: Banking / Financial Services Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Mobile Banking – T24 Software Tester to join our banking technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and validating Mobile Banking applications integrated with Temenos T24 Core Banking System, ensuring high-quality software delivery, seamless customer experience, and compliance with banking standards. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Mobile Banking applications. Perform end-to-end testing of Mobile Banking transactions integrated with Temenos T24 Core Banking. Validate Retail Banking functionalities including: Account Management Fund Transfers Bill Payments Beneficiary Management Card Services Mobile Authentication Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, UAT, and API Testing. Verify integration between Mobile Banking channels and T24 Core Banking modules. Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and User Stories. Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers to resolve issues. Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools. Validate security, authentication, and authorization scenarios. Support production releases and post-deployment verification. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint testing activities. Prepare test reports, test evidence, and quality documentation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 4 –7 years of Software Testing experience in Banking. Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 Core Banking System. Strong experience in Mobile Banking application testing. Solid understanding of Banking Operations and Retail Banking products. Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar). Experience in API Testing using Postman or SoapUI. Good knowledge of SQL for database validation. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills Experience with Internet Banking and Digital Banking channels. Knowledge of Automation Testing tools (Selenium, Appium, or similar) is a plus. Understanding of Core Banking integrations and middleware. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
