OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers while delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverages. Your expertise in food safety and preparation will ensure that every drink meets our standards of excellence.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training can be provided
• Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable
• Experience in serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment is beneficial
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• A genuine passion for coffee and customer service
  This role is Monday to Friday from 7am until 2pm, occasional weekend when there is events on, notice will be given in advance.

  Pay: £12.21-£17.12 per hour

• Driving the van to the locations promptly.
• Ensure you have a smartphone to use
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas
• Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service
• Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods
• Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic math skills
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment and foster repeat business
