Subcontractor Role
A subcontractor is a person or business hired by a company to carry out specific tasks or services as part of a larger project or job. Subcontractors work independently, are not employees, and bring their own tools, equipment, and expertise. Furthermore you will need to take care of your own TAX, it is your responsibility to keep track of how much you earn.
Mobile Beauty Therapists – Melbourne & Gold Coast Area

Oceania Wellness is looking for experienced and reliable mobile beauty therapists to join our growing team on a subcontractor basis across the Gold Coast.
This is a great opportunity for independent therapists looking to pick up extra work with full flexibility. Jobs are sent directly to your phone and accepted on a first in basis.
What We’re Looking For:

You must have your own:

• Car
• Supplies & massage/beauty bed
• Work experience is essential – you’ll be working solo with no training provided
• You must provide proof of certification for any service you offer

(Treatments include massage, facials, waxing, lash & brow treatments, nails, spray tan, manicure & pedicure).

• If you can offer all listed services, please provide evidence of completed training
• Diploma in Beauty Therapy preferred, but we are open to other relevant certifications
• ABN required (Subcontractor position)
• Must be friendly, professional, and well-presented.

Services Offered (You can do some or all):

• Massage: Hot Stone, Bamboo, Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue
• Full Body Exfoliation
• Dry Body Brushing
• Facials:
• Deep Cleansing (30 min)
• Maintenance Facial (30 min)
• Hydration Facial (1 hr)
• Waxing: Face & Body
• Eyebrow Wax & Tint
• Eyebrow Lamination
• Lash Tint & Lash Lift
• Manicure & Pedicure
• Shellac
• Spray Tanning

How It Works:

• Jobs are offered via text message — simply reply “yes” if you’re available
• The first therapist to respond gets the job details and location please arrive 15 minutes before your start time to set up. All client information will be sent to you to ensure saftey including a signed informed consent from the client.
• Travel allowance is calculated and paid on top of your treatment rate
